Mats Pettersson, Chairman B.Sc.

Until 2007, Mats Pettersson was the CEO of Biovitrum AB. He is board chairman of NsGene AS and board member of SwedenBio AB, Ablynx NV, Lundbeck A/S, BBB Holding B.V and Photocure AS. Mats Pettersson was previously a board member of Biacore International AB and Active Biotech. He was also Senior Vice President and a member of the Management Committee of Pharmacia Corporation.

Peter Wolpert, CEO  and Co-Founder MSc, MScBA

Mr Wolpert serves as a board director of Viscogel AB and Lipopeptide AB. He was the co-founder of Accuro Immunology and Ibility and has ten years experience of strategy/business development, financing and management of start-ups. He has worked as interim CEO, management consultant and biotech entrepreneur since 1999. Previously he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co.

Dr Karlmark is an expert within methodology for clinical trials and is a principal teacher in Clinical Drug Development at Uppsala University. His clinical background is within anesthesiology, intensive care and clinical physiology. Dr Karlmark has held Medical Director positions within Pharmacia and Kabi. He was a visiting Professor at Yale University, New Haven, USA

Gustaf Lindewald, Licensed Pharmacist

Mr Lindewald has more than 30 years experience from the pharmaceutical and nutritional industries. He held several senior management positions, e.g as Marketing Director for ACO, V.P. for Procordia Health Food, Head of Clinical Nutrition for Semper AB and presently as Supply Director for Semper AB.

Wenche Rolfsen, Ph.D. in Pharmacology, adjunct professor at Uppsala University

Wenche Rolfsen is board chairman of Aprea and Denator and board member of Artimplant, Biovitrum, Industrifonden, TFS AB, Axis-Shield PLC, England and Aker Biomarine AS, Norway. She has held top positions in R&D within the Pharmaceutical Industry including PharmaciaUpjohn, CEO for Quintiles AB and Vice President Quintiles Europe, Explorative Clinical Research.

Torbjörn Koivisto, Lawyer

Mr Torbjörn Koivisto is a business lawyer and entrepreneur that specializes in the field of corporate finance and commercialization. He has previously worked with renowned lawfirms Mannheimer Swartling, Lindahl and Bird & Bird. In 2006 he started his own company IARU, focusing on early stage companies primarily within the sector of Life Sciences. Torbjörn works closely with the board of directors of several companies, ranging from start-ups to listed companies.
